At Valle de San Juan we strive to conserve our planet by using clean energy throughout the production process. The main objective of our environmental policy is to reduce energy and water consumption (among others) as much as possible, using more sustainable practices with our environment and always complying with sustainability regulations.
Our factory is located in Palencia, in the heart of Castile, where an atmosphere of shepherding and artisan cheese-making tradition blends with an ideal natural environment that gives us the opportunity to obtain our raw material, raw milk from the sheep of our land, a top quality product that gives our cheeses their unmistakable bouquet
